Return Policy

This Return Policy is only applicable to hard goods purchased in In the Studio Shop.

 

Acceptable Returnable Items

Items in their original condition, unwashed, undamaged, unworn are considered eligible for return. Items purchased on sale or with a coupon are ineligible for return. Customized items are ineligible for return.

 

Return Window

Customers have 30 days to return eligible returnable items.

 

Return Costs and Refunds

Eligible items can be returned for a 100% refund of item price. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

 

Damaged Items

Items damaged upon delivery can be returned for a full refund.
